Cedar Ridge Logistics is a dedicated B2B transport provider based in Gloucestershire, serving engineering, industrial and infrastructure businesses across the UK.

Quotes are provided on the basis of the information you supply at the time of enquiry. If the requirements of a job change materially — for example a different load, additional stops or extended waiting time — we will discuss any variation with you before proceeding.

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the collection and delivery details and provided confirmation.

We aim to collect and deliver within the agreed windows and to communicate proactively throughout. While we plan carefully, delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control such as traffic, weather or site access. We will keep you informed if circumstances change.

You are responsible for ensuring goods are suitably packaged and presented for transport, and for providing accurate collection and delivery information.

We maintain appropriate goods-in-transit insurance. Details of cover are available on request. Our liability is limited to the terms of that cover and applicable law.

Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Prices quoted are based on the agreed scope of work.
